TURN ONE TRACK DAYS are a comprehensive program with a principal goal to increase driving knowledge, improve skills and techniques and offer car enthusiasts the opportunity to learn the capabilities of their cars in a safe controlled environment. TURN ONE TRACK DAYS provide specifically designed classroom education as well as extensive on-track time on the 2.02 mile road course; all with the goal to making you smile and have fun while advancing your driving abilities.
This event is being held at Roebling Road Raceway 1135 Roebling Rd. Bloomingdale , Ga. 31302.
Track Car Transportation: There is a possibility that we maybe able to transport some cars by a transport carrier from CMP to Roebling and return for this event. Cost and availability has not yet been determined. Please contact maureen@driveturnone.com if you are interested.
Roebling rules: There is a decibel limit at the track, at 103.9 and any car over that limit will be fined $100 for the infraction. Tech will also be open from 6pm to 7pm on Thursday evening for all cars, however, race cars are highly suggested to be teched then as you will not be able to start your engines until 8am. Roebling is very strict on these rules as their track is housed wwithin a neighborhood.
Event requirements
Tech will be held at 6pm to 7pm on Thursday night and between 7am and 8am on Friday morning.
For High Performance Driving Education (HPDE) students bring the following; your own vehicle, signed daily technical inspection form, and a closed face helmet, SA2015 or newer (rentals available for $25). Each participant must wear long pants, and closed-toed shoes. Long sleeve shirts are recommended.
For Solo/Advanced participants bring the following; your own vehicle, annual/racing technical inspection form, and a closed face helmet, SA2015 or newer (rentals available for $25). Each participant must wear long pants, and closed-toed shoes. Long sleeve shirts are recommended. In addition, you must be signed off by a Turn One instructor to participate or currently hold a competition racing license issued by a racing organization. General Manager has sole discretion to approve participation in these groups.
FOR HPDE STUDENTS - IF THE EVENT IS SOLD OUT, PLEASE SIGN UP FOR THE WAITLIST. MOST LIKELY THERE WILL BE MORE INSTRUCTORS AVAILABLE AS TIME GETS CLOSER, SO YOU MAYBE ABLE TO GET A SPOT. YOU WILL NOT PAY UNTIL YOU ACCEPTED INTO THE PROGRAM.
